Returns & Refunds Policy
At Eklo Saathi Fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. We always strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, if you are reading this after facing an issue with your order, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. Still, in rare cases, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Return / Replacement
A return or replacement is accepted only if the product delivered is damaged or defective.
You must notify us within 12 hours of delivery, along with clear photo/video proof of the product you received.
Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement with a new product.
Please note that original tags and packaging must be intact.
Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Due to the nature of intimate wear, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to:
- Size not fitting
- Color variations due to stock availability
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
Additionally, return will not be accepted if the item is:
- Worn or tried on
- Washed or laundered
- Missing original tags/packaging
- Has perfume/body odor
- Contains stains, marks, lotion, glitter, or any visible wear
- Purchased from Clearance / Final Sale category
- Clearance products are strictly non-returnable & non-exchangeable.
If the Package Seems Tampered
If the outer packaging is damaged or tampered during delivery, please do not accept the package. Return it to the delivery person immediately.
Refund Policy
Refund is only applicable if a replacement of the damaged product is not available.
For prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to the same bank account or your eSewa account.
For Cash on Delivery orders: You will need to provide your bank account or eSewa number for the refund.
Refunds are processed within 10 working days from the date of confirmation.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it.
To cancel your order:
Go to your Account Dashboard → Orders
Select Cancel Order
Send us a quick message on WhatsApp explaining the reason
Note:
Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.
